Founded in Calgary 30 years ago, with over 50 years combined team experience, Paladin Partners was built to serve founder-led businesses and strategic acquirers navigating complex transactions in the lower-mid-market.
We saw owners receiving cookie-cutter processes and buyers drowning in poorly positioned opportunities. Calvin founded Paladin Partners over two decades ago and has since led 500+ successful engagements spanning M&A advisory, valuations, and strategic transactions across diverse industries. Recognized by The M&A Advisor with the 2016 Strategic Deal of the Year award, he combines deep technical expertise in deal structuring and valuation with a reputation for building consensus and driving value creation in complex transactions.
Wyatt Phillips
Partner
Wyatt brings 7+ years experience in Finance and Strategy Consulting delivering M&A integrations, carve-outs, and valuations across several multi-billion-dollar transactions.
In addition, Wyatt brings 5 years of experience as a small business owner which he uses to compliment rigorous financial modelling and deal advisory with practical strategic and operating insight that matters to owners.
